With a superb location by the Grand Canal, between Piazza San Marco (St Mark’s Square) and Rialto Bridge, this masterpiece of Venetian architecture, dating from the mid-fifteenth century, has survived the eras, as the home of the Garzoni family of Bologna in the seventeenth century and, more recently, as a language school.
This splendid palace, with more than 1000 m² of floor space, has been renovated to house four luxury apartments, from 90 to 500 m². 

The palace has been decorated with the utmost care, and the use of noble materials, such as Italian marble, and fabrics produced by the finest Venetian textile manufacturers, including Rubelli and Fortuny.
Standing next to a little ‘Rio’, the Palazzo Garzoni boasts a magnificent entrance facing the Grand Canal. One of its key features is a private pontoon, which offers direct access by boat or gondola.
